CSA Staff

While a brief synopsis of each staff person's basic duties is provided below, anyone on staff will be happy to assist and get the information you need.

	Barbara Baldwin Chief Executive Officer bbaldwin@csahq.org Barbara is available to field higher level issues relating to the legislature, legal, practice affairs and any issue impacting the profession.
	Michael Whitelock Chief Operations Officer mwhitelock@csahq.org Michael is happy to help you with CSA office operations, committee/board/ASA administration, as well as general questions relating to available staff resources for member leaders.
	Andrea de la Peña Communications Specialist andreadlp@csahq.org Andrea can assist you with difficulties with the CSA Web Site, answer your questions and help you find articles or topics in the CSA Bulletin and the CSA Gasline, answer your questions about media and advertising, and provide guidance regarding communications among CSA members.
	Terrie Rowe Education & Member Services Manager trowe@csahq.org Terrie can assist you with issues related to CME program development or meeting planning.
	Tom-Philip Baclagan Database and Accounting Services Coordinator tbaclagan@csahq.org TJ is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the CSA accounting function. TJ is available to assist with questions pertaining to dues, CME registration, refunds, reimbursements, vendor payments, or any question pertaining to CSA's accounting function.
	Adam Yarbough Office Coordinator ayarbough@csahq.org Adam is responsible for the CSA office coordination which includes the administrative oversight for CSA's business equipment and its related software support. Adam also provides day-to-day administrative assistance for communications, membership, education, and executive staff.
	Victoria Pangilinan Operations Assistant vpangilinan@csahq.org Victoria is responsible for maintaining/updating information on the CSA database, as well as day-to-day administrative support for the database and accounting function. Victoria also assists with special projects and handles inquiries pertaining to the use of the CSA Web Site, meeting registrations, and membership.
