To register for and complete this module online:

1. Read and study all of the CME course material.
2. Go to the test questions at the bottom of the page.
3. Click on the test questions link to reach the next web page.
4. Members simply log in to the members area to take the test. This registers the member automatically.
5. Non-members go to the registration page and enter their information, including payment information.
6. Once registered, complete the self-assessment test questions and the evaluation.
7. Print the CME certificate.
